Celebrating Diversity, Inspiring Unity
Colors of leadership program is a multicultural initiative by Leading Ladies Canada that celebrates the beauty of diversity and the power of inclusion. through cultural exchanges, storytelling, and community engagement, this program brings together leaders from different backgrounds to share experiences, foster understanding, and build bridges across communities.
Rooted in our belief that leadership has no single face or language, Colors of Leadership highlights how our differences make us stronger - and how, together, we can shape a more united and equitable Canada.
Education Program
Our Education Program includes seminars and webinars on: leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, health care and relationships.
Community Outreach
Our Community Outreach program aims to strengthen black communities across the Ottawa-Carleton region, by assessing the needs of our communities and finding ways to meet those needs. We believe that building strong black communities is essential to the advancement of black people.
Youth and Children Program
The Children's Program mainly consists of tutoring children through various literacy initiatives where as our youth program revolves around mentoring the next generation of career professionals.
