I am Marie-Ange Ahinful
I like to think of myself as a visionary, a risk-taker, a dreamer, a motivator, and a problem solver. I have a fire burning inside of me, a vision, and a dream that I will do anything and everything in my power to bring to life. I have set myself up to succeed and will do so with my dedicated team. We have grown and learned from our experiences and look forward to a successful year of benevolence and community leadership.
MISSION
Leading Ladies Canada is dedicated to empowering black women, youth, and children, alongside other visible minority communities, to become vital contributors in their communities. Through comprehensive programs, we equip women, youth, and children with the tools and resources necessary for personal and career growth. Our ultimate aim is to cultivate a diverse generation of leaders who embody excellence, inclusion, and impact across Canada.
WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP
Women’s leadership is vital to building inclusive, equitable, and sustainable communities. Despite progress, women—particularly Black women and women from underrepresented communities—continue to face systemic barriers in leadership, entrepreneurship, and economic participation.
Leading Ladies Canada is committed to addressing these gaps by creating pathways for women and youth to access leadership opportunities, strengthen their skills, and expand their influence. We believe that when women are empowered to lead, families thrive, communities grow stronger, and future generations are inspired to rise with confidence and purpose.

Leading Ladies Canada has grown into a powerful and inclusive network representing leaders from over 40 nations. Our community is rooted in diversity, unity, and shared purpose. We are proud to uplift women and youth leaders from different backgrounds who are driven by service, resilience, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful change in their communities.
